Being an active, contributing member of our community is important to us. We are proud to support numerous local organizations - and help them however we can - with the tremendous work they do for so many in our community.

MUSD Coyote Trail Elementary School - Chicken Coop

Building Excellence has had the honor to donate our time and materials to build the coolest Chicken Coop ever for Coyote Trail Elementary School. This chicken coop is a Chicken McMansion! The bottom level will be for the chickens and the upper level is a loft for students to roost in! The students will use the loft for quiet time and reading.

Arizona Builders Alliance Volunteer Day 2014
Faith Lutheran School

Arizona Builder's Alliance's annual Volunteer Day project selects a worthy project every year to give back to the community by providing much needed building and interior improvements for charitable organizations around Tucson. Jamie Olding, owner of Building Excellence, was the project director for managing various trade-based companies around Tucson. His soliciting of donations, time, materials, and money helped make the Faith Lutheran School improvements possible. It took months of organization, preparation and construction, culminated to a "day" that many volunteers of construction and construction-related companies, came together to put the final touches on the project!

The day also provided holiday-related activities for children of the volunteers, and lunch for all the volunteers. Every year, the generosity and camaraderie of Arizona Builder's Alliance, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, service companies, designers and architects make for a successful contribution to a worthy volunteer day cause.
