A new 2,500 sq ft tenant improvement in an existing building for a new downtown Tucson restaurant. It boasts with unique, elaborate and intricate artwork on each wall along with designer fixtures and handcrafted surfaces.

This project included metal roof, stained concrete floors, commercial kitchen improvements, interor dining and an exterior dining patio. The salvage and installation of the original restaurant's "Sausage Deli" sign put the finishing touches on the restaurants new home.
